Price list for STILL PICTURE REPRODUCTION

The majority of the photos in the Museum’s collection are in black and white.  If sepia or color are requested and available, images will be reproduced in that manner.  However, color can NOT be added to black and white photos.

Price list for SCANNING SERVICE

Unless specified, all images will be scanned at 300 dpi.  Price includes saving to CD.

OTHER CHARGES

Research Service         $40.00 per hour, one hour minimum
Shipping                      $5.00 and up for Priority US mail
Pull Fee                       $9.00 per image if order is for over 10 images

Other shipping fees apply, depending on the service used.

PAYMENT

We currently accept check or money order for exact amount, which must be paid before shipping.  It should be payable to “American Airpower Heritage Museum”. 

RESTRICTIONS and LIMITATIONS

These images shall not be used to show or imply the Museum’s endorsement of any commercial product or enterprise.  If used commercially, image must be credited to American Airpower Heritage Museum Archive.

CONDITIONS and TERMS

The American Airpower Heritage Museum does not keep stock photographs.  All photographs are printed at the business of the Museum’s choosing to fill specific orders, and cannot be sent on approval or returned for credit.  The Museum will not retouch prints to eliminate existing imperfections.

CAPTIONS

Captions are not normally provided with images.  Not all images have captions, but if you would like captions for the images that have them, please call the Museum.

DISCOUNTS

Educational Discount:  Students, teachers, and non-profit educational institutions may request a 10% discount.  Photo requests must be accompanied by a short statement on school or institution stationary specifying the purpose for which the pictures will be used.  If this is not possible, please call the Museum Collection Department directly.  If you are a non-profit organization ordering photographic material for non-profit use, include your valid 501(c )(3) number with your order.

Wing Discount:  If you are a current Commemorative Air Force Wing, you are entitled to a 40% discount off your order.  Please submit your request identifying your wing and the purpose for which the pictures will be used.
